Inch & Co. is honored to join York County and other local businesses casting a light on the importance of mental health. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and in collaboration with the community, we are lighting up green to show our support and advocacy for mental health resources and awareness. This week, we illuminated The Elmwood Mansion, Inch & Co. Property Management, and our newest community Emerson Flats, located in Mount Wolf, PA.

As we continue to develop plans for our sports complex, we are redefining the importance mental health has on athletes and their overall performance. Dakota Hartlaub, mental performance coach at Inch Sports, says mental health support for high school athletes is crucial, as it positively impacts their performance.

“Ultimately the mental health side of things is what really helps elevate performance,” Hartlaub says.
