The Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing Landscaping and Maintenance accounts in Cumberland County, ensuring Inch&Co. quality standards are met at all times. The ideal candidate understands the landscaping field, equipment, and laws to effectively perform their job. This position has a primary focus in Cumberland County.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee maintenance contracts and assist in completing those contractual obligations as needed.
  • Establish a residential and commercial presence for Inch&Co in Cumberland County. Build business organically by community involvement and generating leads. 
  • Use required technology, such as phones/tablets/computers.
  • Properly utilize Google Drive and One-drive to upload contracts for each subsequent season.
  • Sell new contracts and upsell existing contracts to meet sales goals. 
  • Evaluate existing contracts for profitability.
  • Bill all daily/weekly/bi-weekly work complete inside and outside of contractual agreement to maintain proper cash flow.
  • Forecast capitalization needs with the General Manager.
  • Communicate timely, effectively, and professionally at all times. 
  • Monitor quality and provide proactive solutions for commercial accounts.
  • Monitor materials to ensure all jobs are stocked.
  • Support management of snow contracts as needed.

Qualifications
  • At least High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; 2 or 4-year college degree a plus
  • Experience in Cumberland County preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of green industry contract management
  • Valid PA Driver License
  • PA Pesticide certified or technician status in applicable category preferred.
  • Pass background check upon request
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
