YORK, PA (April 28, 2023) Inch & Co. has broken ground on their largest luxury multi-family community to date; 98 Penn Place. The 37-acre property is located at 98 East Penn Drive, Enola, PA. 

A groundbreaking was held earlier today with representatives from Inch & Co. and Inch & Co. Property Management along with a variety of funders for the project. Present Investors: Craig and Heidi Ritter, Ray Schroeder, Scott Kowalski and Dave Dietz. Present Lenders: Brian Bowser (First Commonwealth Bank), Colby Windholz (Fulton Bank) and Tara Shaffer (AmeriServ Financial). 

“The community has really embraced this project in a big way. We’re ready to go full force and look forward to a very successful project with this group,” said Jeff Inch, owner of Inch & Co. 

98 Penn Place will offer 400+ multi-family units, 160+ townhomes, a clubhouse with a resort style pool, a double story fitness center, a dog park and several outdoor community spaces. 98 Penn Place is expected to begin taking reservations in late Summer 2024 and be move-in ready by Fall 2024.
