Inch & Co. is pleased to introduce Dave Cole as our Director of Site Operations.

Dave comes to us with more than 25 years of experience in excavation and site operations, working his way up from a laborer into foreman and superintendent roles.  Most recently he served as Senior Project Manager for CJ Miller.  He also owned and operated an excavation, paving, and grading business for 8 years.

Dave lives in Hanover with his wife Anita, to whom he’s been happily married for 30 years.  They have two daughters, ages 26 and 30, a 4 year old grandson and another grandchild on the way.
