Inch & Co. has been recognized for their continued growth despite all the unanticipated challenges brought on by the pandemic. By maintaining steady growth in each fiscal year since 2019, and showing considerable revenue growth in 2021, Inch & Co. has undeniably earned their spot as Central, PA’s number one Fastest Growing Company, as awarded by Central Penn Business Journal. Aside from their financial growth, more than 76% of their employees have been hired within the last year, and more than 80% of those employees have taken on new positions within the company.

Fastest Growing Companies acknowledge local business growth from both small and large companies. Considering both dollar and percentage increases, honorees are ranked based on their revenue growth over the course of three years. Inch & Co. takes the #1 ranked position and has proven themselves to be deserving of this accolade in 2022.
