The former Central York High School, located at 1100 Columbia Avenue, York, PA, will host a Basketball Fundraising event for the local community, this Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 5pm-9pm.  The event will raise money for local athletes in need of new sneakers. General Admission is free and will include food trucks, a DJ, a dunk contest, 3-point shoot-out, and basketball drills for the kids to engage in. During the event, the community can see a first look at the concepts for the recreational facility to be built at the current stadium and hear from Eli Brooks about his basketball career and what’s next, as well as an opportunity for signatures and photos.
