Inch & Co.’s commitment to helping our community is one of our core values and we have a passion for helping those in need. The renovations at the home on Pleader Lane in York, PA is one of many projects we have planned for the 2022 year and one we hold close to our hearts. Our construction and real estate team, as well as owners, Jeff Inch and John Inch, Jr. were more than happy to put time and effort into helping this local family get their home back to life and ready to sell. 

Many in our area heard the story of the Vicosa family. After the incident, the home was left in complete disarray. The mother, now client, reached out to the public via Facebook for help from a local construction company—she needed help repairing extensive damage and getting it ready to list for sale. Inch & Co. was tagged in the post and they scheduled a time to meet. Immediately following a walkthrough of the home, Inch & Co. knew this was an opportunity to help and decided to donate their time and materials. Thank you to the entire team involved for staying true to our commitment in helping our community.
