We were excited to partner on this project with a local brokerage who holds a great reputation looking for a building to replicate their brand. Our goal was to build an office space with 3 additional tenant fit outs where they can eventually expand into as their company continues to grow.

The 12,754 sqft commercial build includes a two-story commercial office building, as well as three 1,530 sqft tenant spaces, located on 2.5 acres in Dallastown, PA. 

Building a multiunit commercial office space in the middle of a pandemic didn’t go without struggles. Despite facing issues with receiving building supplies on time, our team persevered and completed the construction of this commercial building without delays.
