Inch & Co. Construction and Burkentine Builders are planning to build a luxury apartment complex at the former site of the Spring Garden Township Memorial Hospital.  

The community will feature 280 units for lease and will include 1-3 beds, 1-2 baths, laundry in each apartment, and a club house with a boutique workout facility. Inch & Co. and Burkentine have yet to finalize the plans for the complex, but the community may include more than one apartment building as well as a clubhouse and pool amenities. 

This rental community offers quick access to major routes, both route 30 and interstate 83, for an easy commute to Maryland.

The project has no hard timelines set for groundbreaking, but it will include the demolition of the former hospital.
